Community

When you join as a member, you are connected to a local, tight-knit community open to all newcomers. If you have any interest in the local canals, the old manufacturing that used to be done here, or ancestors who lived or worked in town, become a member to spend time with people with similar interests as you.
Newsletter

Receive a quarterly newsletter with information about the society and Hamburg. Topics in the newsletter include: recent event discussion, upcoming events to watch for, access to historical resources like genealogy records, historical stories, photos, and news about the society.
Genealogy Records

We have many historical records, and some of those provide information about the people who lived, worked, and passed through the Hamburg area. Whether you have family ties going back to its founding or had an uncle who worked in one of Hamburg's factories, we can help you learn about your ancestry.
Special Events

We hold several events throughout the year to raise funds for the museum, newsletter, and historical research and record-keeping. Fundraisers range from pork BBQs to Boscov's Friends Helping Friends programs and more!
